At CloudSeats, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can send your order back within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for returns

• Return window: You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Product condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs: You’re responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the manufacturer.

• Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
