Role of Cloud Seats

Cloud Seats operates solely as an intermediary platform, connecting customers with international manufacturers of seating furniture. We do not design, produce, or claim ownership of any of the items listed on our website. Some products may resemble existing designs; however, Cloud Seats is not liable for any potential infringements on intellectual property or design rights. The responsibility for compliance with such regulations lies entirely with the manufacturer. If you believe that a product sold through our platform violates your intellectual property rights, you may contact us directly at info@cloudseats.shop, and we will assess the situation with the necessary discretion.

Customer Agreement

What we do take responsibility for
 

  • Quality – If your seat lands on your doorstep damaged, faulty, or not exactly as advertised, we jump in immediately. We’ll collect evidence, open a priority case with the factory, and push hard for a free replacement, repair, or refund. You won’t have to haggle or chase; that’s on us.

  • Delivery timing – Parcels occasionally hit snags—weather, customs, carrier hiccups. When that happens, we don’t point fingers; we get moving. Our logistics team escalates with the warehouse and every link in the shipping chain, sends you proactive updates, and keeps at it until the package is back on schedule and delivered on the promised (or a newly agreed) date.
     

What we don’t take responsibility for
 

  • Design infringements – Any copyright, trademark, or design-right issues tied to the product’s appearance rest squarely with the manufacturer or brand owner, not with Cloud Seats. We don’t create, modify, or approve the designs, so legal claims in that area need to be directed to the maker.

Governing Law & Address

All sales made through our platform are governed by the applicable laws of Morocco. In the event of any dispute, we will first strive to reach an amicable solution. Should litigation be unavoidable, it will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tangier, Morocco.
